Trigger Point Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping
Background
I was fortunate to grow up on the stunning East Coast of Tasmania in the small town of Bicheno. With no shortage of outdoor activities, I developed a love for sport from a young age, participating in everything from football and basketball to surfing.
My fascination with sport naturally led to an interest in the human body and its incredible capabilities, ultimately guiding me to a career in osteopathy.
I graduated from RMIT in 2022 with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). After completing my studies, I returned to Tasmania, where I spent two years gaining invaluable experience at a thriving clinic. Since finishing my degree at university I have completed further training in trigger point dry needling and myofascial cupping.
My Approach
I take a structural approach to osteopathic treatment, focusing on restoring function and mobility so my patients can get the most out of their bodies. I’m passionate about patient education and empowering individuals to sustain long-term health and wellbeing.
Outside the Clinic
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my partner Grace and our dog Archie. We enjoy exploring the beautiful beaches the Sunshine Coast has to offer. While my competitive sports days are behind me, I still enjoy running and playing golf. And when I’m not outdoors, you can usually find me watching some kind of sport!
